Highlights of our Benefits Program include:

• Benefits are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment for all regular Full and Part time employees who work 30 or more hours per week

• Employer-paid short term disability, long term disability & $50,000 basic life insurance policy

• Full healthcare benefit plans (company pays 92% of benefit costs)

• Dental and vision benefits

• Domestic Partner Benefits

• A generous leave plan that allows employees to accrue up to one week of vacation during their first year and three weeks of vacation after their first year; 10 paid holidays and 8 sick days

• Ability to sell back up to 40 hours of vacation each year

• A generous retirement plan that currently requires minimal contribution from the employee for a company match.  Employees may also elect to participate in a 401(k)

• Additional benefits employees can enroll in include Flexible Spending Account, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and AFLAC
