Highlights of our Benefits Program include:
• Benefits are effective after 30 days of employment for all regular Full and Part time employees who work 30 or more hours per week
• Employer-paid dental, short term disability, long term disability & $50,000 basic life insurance policy
• Aetna medical premiums only $12.30 for full time employee only up to $43.01 for employee + family per pay period*; Part time employees’ medical premiums range from $18.46 up to $86.02 per pay period* depending on hours worked and type of coverage selected (employee only, employee + child, etc.)
• Domestic Partner Benefits
• A generous leave plan that allows employees to accrue up to one week of vacation during their first year and three weeks of vacation after their first year; 12 paid holidays in 2012 and 8 sick days
• Ability to sell back up to 40 hours of vacation each year
• A generous retirement plan that currently requires no contribution from the employee. Employees may also elect to participate in a 403(b) deferred comp plan
• Additional benefits employees can enroll in include Flexible Spending Account, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and AFLAC
