Agency Services Specialist for Mid-Ohio Foodbank

STATUS: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
REPORST TO: Agency Relations Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: None


SUMMARY:
The Agency Services Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Mid-Ohio Foodbank feeding partners.


PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Serve as liaison between MOF and member agencies to establish and maintain effective, positive working relationships. Function as primary contact for Foodbank member agencies in assigned counties and works with agencies' staffs to resolve issues.
• Conduct site visits with emergency and non-emergency partners across the Foodbank network to ensure program sites are current with administrative and program standards and regulations.
• Provide relevant information, tools and resources to partners to ensure they are aware of program requirements and have access to information on best practices for administering emergency and non-emergency feeding programs.
• Update and maintain partner profiles to ensure the required documentation and current program information is on file for all partners (hard copy & electronic records).
• Use MOF customer relation database to enter and extract information on agencies/program partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of Higher Education required. Bachelor Degree preferred.
Experience: At least one year of experience in social service setting or related non-profit environment required.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook. Database experience is required.
Skills/Competencies: Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and in a team environment. Excellent customer focus. Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines. Willingness to adjust to changing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills.


JOB CONDITIONS:
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Working Conditions: Normal Office Environment. Some evening and weekend work required as necessary. Travels as needed to meet with member agencies to address and resolve issues.
