Corporate Engagement Coordinator
JOB TITLE: Corporate Engagement Coordinator
STATUS: Full Time, Exempt
REPORTS TO: Corporate Engagement Manager
DIRECT REPORTS: None
SUMMARY: The Corporate Engagement Coordinator ensures that corporate partners experience high-quality interactions with the organization through communication and stewardship, donor recognition, and nurturing relationships. The position also solicits gifts, educates our constituencies, and creates passion for supporting the work of Mid-Ohio Food Collective.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Manage a portfolio of mid-level donor relationships to engage small and medium sized businesses in supporting MOFC
- Cultivate and solicit mid-level gifts from the portfolio of donors.
- Manage Operation Feed campaign execution: serve as liaison to corporate campaign coordinators, plan and execute events, and manage reporting
- Lead generation to identify new prospective corporate, small- and medium-sized business partners
- Partner with marketing and communications on the implementation of robust social media strategies to promote corporate partnerships, and campaigns
- Manage donor recognition programs and societies.
- Support cause marketing campaigns, third-party events, and food drives by working with external event organizers, assessing needs, and coordinating internal support.
- Maintain corporate donor data and reporting in donor database
- Build and maintain donation forms/pages for corporate partners
- Assist with stewardship of corporate donors
- Conduct on-site donor relations including facility tours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education and Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required.
Experience: At least two years of development experience with an emphasis on cultivating, stewarding and soliciting gifts from individual donors. An understanding of gift acknowledgement, donor cultivation and stewardship and gift solicitation is required. Candidates should possess excellent oral, written and presentation skills and be computer literate.
Skills/Competencies: Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent customer service. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Willingness to adjust to changing priorities. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to represent Mid-Ohio Foodbank with professionalism.
JOB CONDITIONS:
Working Conditions: Normal office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
