Highlights of our Benefits Program include:
- Benefits are effective the first of the month after 30 days of employment for all regular Full and Part time employees who work 30 or more hours per week
- Employer-paid short term disability, long term disability & $50,000 basic life insurance policy
- Full healthcare benefit plans (company pays 92% of benefit costs)
- Dental and vision benefits
- Domestic Partner Benefits
- A generous leave plan that allows employees to accrue up to one week of vacation during their first year and three weeks of vacation after their first year; 10 paid holidays and 8 sick days
- Ability to sell back up to 40 hours of vacation each year
- A 401K retirement plan with generous employer contributions including a match for minimal employee deferrals. Employees may also elect to participate in a 401(k)
- Additional benefits employees can enroll in include Flexible Spending Account, Voluntary Life/AD&D, and AFLAC
